Replacement Warranty
Warranty Period:
At Beture, we stand behind the quality of our tires and offer a warranty to ensure your satisfaction. Our tire warranty covers free replacement of new tires if the tires are cracked within three years.
Coverage：
- Crack Coverage: If your Beture tire develops cracks within three years of the purchase date, we will replace it with a new tire at no additional cost.
- Eligibility: The tire must be inspected and deemed eligible for warranty coverage by an authorized Beture dealer. The crack must be determined to be a manufacturing defect rather than damage from external sources or misuse.
What is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage due to road hazards (e.g., nails, glass, potholes, etc.).
- Damage resulting from improper tire maintenance (e.g., under-inflation, overloading, misalignment).
- Tires that have been abused, neglected, or used in competitive racing.
- Normal wear and tear or cosmetic issues that do not affect the tire’s performance.
- Tires that are not properly balanced or aligned.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
- Contact Your Local Beture Dealer: Reach out to the dealer where you purchased the tire or any authorized Beture dealer.
- Provide Proof of Purchase: You will need to provide your original receipt or proof of purchase, along with your vehicle’s service records.
- Submit the Tire for Inspection: The dealer will inspect the tire to determine if the claim falls under our warranty terms.
Warranty Provisions
- Pro-Rated Refund: If a tire is found to be defective, a pro-rated refund or replacement will be offered based on the remaining tread life.
- Replacement Process: If a replacement is necessary, it will be provided at no charge for the tire, but applicable taxes and installation charges will apply.
